Shipping Methods:
We use trusted third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and logistics partners or customer-designated freight services to deliver our products. Shipping methods (ground, air, or freight) are selected based on order size, urgency, and customer preference.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are included on your invoice. The shipping method will be specified.
Lead Times:
Estimated shipping dates will be provided upon order confirmation. Please note that production lead times may vary based on part complexity and order volume.
Packaging:
All shipments are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Receiving & Inspection:
Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If any damage or discrepancies are found, notify us by emailing factory@presma.com within 5 business days. If the outer packaging has been damaged in transit, please includes photos showing the damage plus the carton or pallet shipping label before opening the carton(s) or pallet(s). Attach those photos in your email to factory@presma.com along with photos of the damaged products. Please include a summary of which items are damaged, and the quantity affected.
Return Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered components that meet your specifications.
Please note that since most of our work involves custom or made-to-order parts Returns are generally not accepted unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Products received with defects or manufacturing errors.
• Items shipped incorrectly or not in accordance with the agreed specifications.
• Unused and undamaged standard (non-custom) parts returned within 5 days of delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made or specially manufactured items tailored to customer specifications.
• Used, altered, or parts damaged by customer handling or installation.
If a return or rework is approved, instructions and return authorization will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer unless we (Presma) have made an error.
